To whom it may concern

I understand there is a break away group discussing elements of future strategy with Zijin. Could i understand the status of these discussions and if solicitation of shareholders is being sought to improve their bargaining capacity, then i would certainly like to hear from the Head Honcho leading these discussions about

1.the status of these discussions thus far
2.What has been discussed - time frames, price
3. What the current number of minority shareholders (in shares) comprise this group
