Treasuries just haven't factored in the inflationary shock yet though. Their yields, today and next week, could be dropping due to Treasuries being 'safe' for the moment, for those wishing to invest there.
Once reality hits, and yields start climbing much higher above now, is when imo Oil will be realeased from the speculators, and that the market will be reshaped.
