    Hi canplan - you ask a very good question. Currently very few of the cannabis products have any defendable IP so technically all their branding and trademarks are more show than reality. Althea has the same products as many of the other LPs. Their point of difference is that they are buying Aphria products to sell to patients so they have a real patient base to transition to their own products too when they eventually grow their own.
