if there was a takeover , buyout then they cannot buy, if they are confident on or know about a large substantial change in company financials then they cannot buy.
My hunch is that growth stagnated Monolithic tech companies will be giving Archtis the sniff test to access future growth opportunities.
Ive seen similar price action over many companies trading on exchanges that behave in this particular pattern get bought out just before substantial rerating. Who purchased the stock and walked it up? trying to keep it under the radar, this is why there is no buy near 9 cents as it would light up the breakout indicator on many stock scanning programs.
