Raffy old chap,
did it not actually start life as Bass Resources which then got involved with the Darwin IT outfit through some kind of reverse takeover maybe which then fell in a heap because some IT contract that was supposed to be awarded by the NT gov in fact did not eventuate? after which nxs emerged from the fallout? was quite some time ago and don't recall all the details but i think the rough outline is more or less ok.
