They don't buy on market, rather, if there's a CR, they'd participate at discounted rate with exclusion of present holders. That's what I recall anyway not long ago it happened. 16 months from FDA approval and there's no sale or sales order to show. Probably takes 2 more years before this moves as it seems there is no performance criteria for reward. I'll treat it like a dormant volcano for now.
