re: cuthbert fat prophets write up ?
spoke to MD Nilnav- Shane Mulcahy two days ago. he said he had another meeting with fat prophets analyst last thursday. he said they are definately doing a write up on EIR, but when is up to FP..Also asked him about the $2m loan facility being conditional on Monet paying the $10m by Nov. Said that was incorrect as they have already got facility in place and drawing down from it. seems to me people having a credibility problem with coy. perhaps due to debacle from last yr with equity one HK. I believe as more and more info on Nilnav comes through the market will begin to grasp its vlaue.next update and name change etc should be at AGM to be announced shortly.
