I think the third and fourth ones look a little too much like the First Nations flag (which I guess is what you intended) - they could be (perhaps mis-) construed to be either disrespectful or implying First Nations support for the company/project. The Australian Government purchased the copyright for the First Nations flag earlier this year I think, and made it free for public use, but I bet there are conditions on its use - and using it (or a very close facsimile) as a company logo might be a step too far.
