You've still got the old blanket but its not safe to use. You've got a new blanket but its basic. Wonder what it retails for?
Maybe get someone else to ring up and get another free replacement using your old blanket. Then at least you'd get 2 basic blankets to replace one deluxe.
Or just write some scribble on a coke can and send it to them with your old blanket.
I honestly wouldn't bother for $249(assuming you paid full price). New for old replacement doesn't always work. Sometimes model ranges change. But at least it's new.
