    DELISTED.Com - has the following - 'receivers announce a binding agreement has been entered into to recapitalise the company.' Can someone please further explain - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS? I was of the opinion that current shareholders would be shareholders in the new company (albeit heavily diluted) .... as a person sucked into this project (and stupidly not watched attentatively) ... I am hoping for some minor recoupe... again ... any info would be great! cheers ikhutch.
