Just a quick summary after going through all the latest NR´s as part of my DD.
So the way I understand it we can expect further feedback on the following (of what we know is going on) in the near future: -R327 for burn treatment: ongoing trial -R327 for sepsis: ongoing trial -R327/R529 against Covid; update expected anytime?! Any infos given in AGM? -R435 studies against H. pylori -R327/R111 studies against bacterial sinusitis
What we know: -R327 works against ESKAPE pathogens -R327 works on flesh eating bacteria -R327 MoA has been identified and presented at conferences -R327 works in general against numerous antibiotic resistant bacteria
Did I leave anything out? Looks really promising, with a packed pipeline!
