CNP a profitable company but a high LVR. Next weeks AUS interest rate cut should boost the debt ladden companies. CNP will get through until the december deadline then the worst will be over. High risk high reward but they aint selling their assets cheap and the reason for that is construction costs worldwide are escaliting and buyers couldnt build them for the price CNP is asking. 5 years time CNP will be a monster in better shape than ever because of the harsh lesson learnt.
