Does anyone remember what the share price of this stock was in Jan 09 AFTER the GFC? I do, cause i bought some at 0.95c. Call me stupid but i now have a cost price of 0.48c and for anyone to moan about having a CR at 0.40 go put yourself in my shoes.... and many others for that matter, you have been extremely lucky and basically stolen this stock as far as im concerned.
There have been some very lucky people who have managed to pick up stock in the past 3 months under 40c, and in my mind can make a lot of money in 6-12 months.
the Oz REITS have hit rock bottom and the only way for them is up.
One good thing about REIT's is they have good equity, GMG will be fine throughout their re capitalization and im looking forward to finally making some money. I feel the hard times are over and we wont be seeing this stock in the 20's ever again.
