My concern is the deal may be a convertible note, converting at around 30 cents like MQG deal. GMG have stated they will be seeking to transact on a deal similar to MQG deal.
It miht be around $500 m debt with conversion rights at around 30 cents, plus a rights issue for $500m( who knows , also 30 cents?
