PDN shareholders are getting 2% for their troubles. There will be some that the cost of brokerage to sell their shares will outweigh the share value.
It'll be interesting to see how PDN trades as 98% of the registry is controlled by the market makers.
It's a good comparison to show how much we will get kicked in the teeth in the event of a recap.
