Look when you can provide proof fine, otherwise the assumption I'm going to make is that they still hold those shares, we don't have any evidence to the contrary. I've checked a few others and yeah they sold their holding fast but it was also disclosed at the time.

Yeah but if they weren't a substantial holder at that time, they don't need to report selling them.

Another reason why they didn't have to report is maybe the shares were issued in two tranches. So they got one tranche and sold it and got the other tranche in a few days. Just food for thought.
