    Hi,

    I'm a little confused as to the implications of the announcement.

    If things are recapitalised, does that mean that:
    - the company gets to restart with completely new owners (previous shareholders get diddly-squat)
    - the company gets to restart and shareholders still have shares although massively watered down
    - other?
