    After market announcement.

    New director with a wealth of pub experience (with a portfolio of existing pubs) has joined the board. He recently bought 7,500,000 shares on market. Recapitalisation is under way. Those that bought under 3c will probably do well from the institutions that dumped on market. If Compass survive theres the potential for a multibagger.
