recapitalisation ?

The 27/11 update mentions discussions concerning recapitalisation which have been inconclusive so far. If a successful offer was to be received it would likely result in the issue of new units to the investor and dilution of existing unit holdings. A similar thing happened with recapitalisation of LLA but in that case the existing unit holders were given the chance to accept an offer for lower value units in a ratio to their holding. This had the double effect of averaging down their unit price and increasing their holding to avoid dilution.

This could be a good outcome for unit holders if an agreement is reached about recapitalisation.
