From what I can glean, the "gentleman" who designed and built the plant was a con artist and had duped a couple of the previous directors who went in to bat for him without getting alternative advice(and who have subsequently been baddly bitten by the GFC). He has subsequently been unceremoniously dumped!
They now seem to be doing a Bendigo and going back to basics. I hope thats the case as BDG are quietly making progress - a far cry from earlier days.
