This is essentially good news. I wouldn't expect any solution to this company's woes to not involve some sort of dilution. Of course, the shareholders are the ones that suffer and those that are 'well connected' and 'sohpisticated' are the ones that gain. I think to have my shares and options to be given some sort of value again as opposed to essentially 'no value' must be a good thing.
