not sure how this all works but i find it a bit wrong that a company can be dragged into bankruptcy and yet the persons/person that does it can come back and still recieve thousands while shareholders recieve squat.
doesnt sit well i am afraid.
the better than nothing comment is true but nothing is still the same as nothing and that is close to what we will recieve, whilst the cause gets paid more.
