Nickel price rose to approx 17.5 USD/lb in March 22 the fell to hover around the 10 USD/lb mark until Nov 22. We have seen a healthy move northwards in December as inventory is declining rapidly, nickel is currently sitting around 12.2 USD/lb.
So throughout the year, the nickel market and jr markets, in general, were working against them, however I do agree that a company with a quality asset, especially one where they can continue to grow it with inexpensive RC drilling, should have performed better than PNT have.
"So why no interest. Is it history, location, oxide, uncertainty, or too many other projects and the high burn rate lots of marginal drilling etc" - possibly poor capital control out the gate and lack of effective marketing. Kerim successfully built Ariana but that company also has been in the doldrums this past year, albeit there are additional pressures on that company. But both have been unable to capture investors...
