You have done a fair bit of research on the management side of this company well done. Now for the day to day running of the plant, you think PJ has done a good job maybe he has, but if it wasn't for the employees putting their lifes on the line every day when something F---s up in that joint I think it would be a different story. As for the power failures, yes no fault of Minaras but if they had both updated equipment and parts for failure on site and didn't use band aid repair jobs they would have be able to keep the plant running and when a break down occurs have the replacement parts on hand. The heap leach process is very simple and if they can get that toxic leaking busted arse of a acid plant fixed this year with the "new one" then that will help go a long way to a successful heap leach process and reduce them having to keep on importing acid. All i'm trying to say is if they spend the money on fixing the plant properly then they will be a worth while company otherwise they will never meet their long term target 40kt, PJ wants 80kt down the track if the heap leach is successfull and a 2nd acid plant is built.
