as i stated months ago the majority of the board are ex dioro board members who didnt do much on that board. they just wait until someone makes a takeover bid to make money, even then they couldnt do that right and sold all their shares whilst keeping the shareholder in the dark. they are the only negative thing about this company. i will keep holding as everything else is good hopefully some one votes them out. clayton is the only one who didnt come from dioro and is probably doing the work for everyone. but it needs more support than one person doing everything.
