The latest announcement is a staff increase from 12 to 19 people, primarily sales and marketing staff in the US.

Ian is an accountant . He has also said in the past that he doesn't want to expand too quickly since that will mean hiring admin staff - personnel/payroll, accounts etc. I take this to mean that he didn't want to hire sales staff to go out and identify opportunities that might exist, rather just hire staff to address existing identified opportunities. I think the latter is just what is happening.

In the past , Ian has stated that most of his job is sales and marketing. Looks like he has lots of help there now, and in any case Covid would have restricted what he can do in recent times. (I'm sure Zoom is getting a workout!)
