    This payment makes me feel a little more confident that the remaining will be received in time.
    Problem is - Have the chinese paid any cash relating to 2009? Or are they getting further and further behind the 8 ball? Should there now be an extra 20 million as a half year payment due???

    Please respond with thoughts

    At least with this extra 10 million they will survive another 6 months or so in hope for the Malays
