Nice little surprise, the cheque for the cash distribution of the book build came in the mail today.
According to the footnote: as advised by the Commissioner of Taxation, this payment is to be treated as an unfranked dividend.
Hah! now I get to give almost half of it to the ATO.
How many here didn't take up the offer ? and/ or decided to buy on market instead ?
