I have also did the same. I am also prepared to pursue any legal remedies.

Anyone that would look at their past performance, would right through it, particularly, when they placed the company in VA when there was no need to do so. And now, oh surprise surprise there is a buyer for next to nothing.

I'm still waiting to find out how much was "not sufficient funds" from the last SPP!!!
