    I smell a rat, VCR were not technically insolvent, we were not kept informed of the progress of the trials for deliberate reasons IMHO, I think our best recourse is to place a complaint with ASIC, I feel we are being sold a pup here!

    I wonder how many shareholders would now come forth for a capital raising given that this information is now available?

    I am so peeved here, this is utter BS
