I agree, this disgusting saga highlights all that is rotten to the core in our markets. The company directors are self serving fraudsters and ASIC lets it happen.

Unfortunately, so many company's are forced out of business in order to eliminate shareholders, then suddenly relist (maybe under a new name) with a select few reaping all the rewards.

It is pure white collar crime - fraud, stealing or whatever you want to call it.
