    Great stuff Jerman.

    He is a fantastic guy for putting himeslf out the way he does.

    Some poeple here dont grasp that what MS is doing is creating goodwill. Good relations are vital, if Jerman got the standard CEO fob off then that would be communicated too.

    Some things just cant have a value put on them.
