receiver manager appointed, page-7

Hi Phantom,

I am utterly confused around the latest announcement.

Fair to say i crapped my pants when i read the word receiver - never a word that evokes feelings of confidence.

Can anyone explain what exactly the appointment and then stepping down of the receiver may actually mean?

Have WEG been playing hard ball (apparently our mates but surely we can agree they are not) with PLV and this whole thing is an epic game of chicken? Eg PLV management says to WEG fine you wont go away well we will just wind this thing up and you lose the lot as well? Then WEG go ok chill out and the negotiations roll on?

If anyone can try explain what has just unfolded would be awesome.
