That's vaguely close to the point of an administrator. But when you have a secured creditor, they can appoint a receiver.
Receivers take ownership of all the secured assets for the crediors, the administrators in this case hqve a very easy job - they write to all the unsecured creditors and shareholders and say 'there's nothing left'
