If someone was to swoop in with an offer to Kempner davis to buy their 400 hectares before 2 feb then we arrive at a point better than prior to VA.

If I were Kempner David 40 or 50c on the dollare would be better than zero. If the coy was to guaranttee survival going forward then 15 to 18 mil for 400 hectare is a worthwhile investment giving roi 4 or 5x over 12 years.

I bet two months ago if the PUT was off the table a deal would have been done by now.

This in my view is the only hope of survival but there again a purchaser of the 400h would have to have gurantee of recap, which is what would scupper that idea I guess.
