Unfortunately - I can not see SVM qualifying for any govt assistance packages. In Australia - Europe - US - Canada for example there are huge carrots being offered in grants and tax incentives. Matters not as from what I can establish with the GBE PFS released last week - operational costs in Malawi are extremely low compared with ROW and very large profit margins will ensure.
On that PFS and the soon to be released important Development Agreement - the overall clarity from Malawi Govt regarding mining. I can see some like Iluka looking at those critical details and just never know - we are trading at a large discount to a month ago.
Unfortunately - I can not see SVM qualifying for any govt...
