Pretty much the same rules globally that the new mines and minerals bill operates under and yes fair enough indeed for African nations who are exploited - Tanzania certainly hit back a couple of years ago with companies operating mining operations effected but obviously happy to remain operating there - they just work harder, on other operational ways to reduce costs. The fact that the govt will not exercise the extra 10% holding option would have been part of all the DA conversations - agreements for which we will see delivered very soon.
Anyway it is great to have that 10 years security beginning from day 1 of production.
