Everyone knows that the infrastructure in such projects often swallows up hundreds of millions of additional capital. Hundreds of kilometres of railway line would often have to be built to operate such bulk material projects.
Sovereign has a railway line currently shipping coal just 3km from the project.
I'm not a professional, but you could probably even build a conveyor belt there and realise even higher production rates, as you wouldn't have the limitation with trucks.
