Pretty shagged in areas that rail line of Motu Engul - the locals rip it up and sell it. But they are investing/improving it. For whatever reason - probably theft/corruption little freight actually occurs by rail - it's all trucked nearly - I would assume govt graft in looking after the truck companies.
Anyway will be fine by the time we are in production. Bloody Syrah biggest expenditure in Moz is trucking processed graphite to port - not Nacala.
