Lots of others already in the door. When hospitals and particularly practioners are already using a VAC approved competitor product that they are comfortable with patient outcomes it's not as simple as you make it sound. And there's the time and money spent on the VAC for Permeaderm in many cases, time and money spent on sales and marketing away from their main product, Recell. Believe what you will, personally think it was and is a bad deal.
