The world economy is not looking great that's for sure. Burns are not consumer discretionary so to a certain extent it should be fairly recession proof. Good news from the Fed re easing rates though RCEL was up 6.5% so should be a really day on Monday.
Timing a stock like this is very difficult as it's incredibly volatile, often for no apparent reason.
