    I buy on sentiment not on a company's fundamentals.

    The 'Recency Effect' is another reason to consider the 'Trend as Your Friend'. ie The RE directly affects sentiment. A multiplier Effect in full force on the way up as well as on the way down. I like to 'Keep it simple'

    PS My indicators show that QBE's change to an uptrend is confirmed. I must be a 'victim' of the RE and as a recent buyer I am also creating The Multiplier Effect, in my own small way.
