On 19th September OVT announces the results of a CR to issue 507m shares at 0.004(under half a cent). $2m raise. Only 16m shares of the 507m shares were taken up leaving a massive shortfall of 473m shares (remember all these shares issued at 0.004 cents ) At the time OVT had near 1.6BILLION shares on issue with only $400k in bank. The remaining shares to be issued at discretion of directors within three months after the closing date of the offer ( that is on or before 17 December 2024) On 17th Oct another 162m shares are issued at 0.004 and announcement of new Chief Financial Officer At or around the times of the CR announcement ,OVT trading between 0.002 and 0.005?
