How can shareholders hope to vote in an informed manner at the AGM on resolutions about expanding the number of shares on issue, and/or vesting new shares to various company office holders if they are not furnished with recent financial performance information audited or otherwise? Even some revenue figures over that 12 months would be useful. Fully completed and audited accounts may not yet be available but that is not an excuse for leaving ordinary shareholders completely in the financial dark!
ESG principles are now becoming accepted throughout the corporate world in western countries. AB1 is now a multibillion dollar company . The directors urgently need to apply those principles and treat ALL shareholders equally.
