I have just read the last announcement re the capital raising and appointment of a new CEO.
Did anyone else pick up on the fact that Duncan Stone is the suddenly and without explaination, recently retired CEO of Solco? (SOO). Anybody got any thoughts on this, or info that may prove useful?
I never got a satisfactory answer as to why Stone was unceremoniously dumped as CEO of Solco, except that soon after his departure it emerged that SOO had some previously undisclosed, yet serious fiscal issues that didn't appear to be being dealt with under his stewardship. Would appreciate any insights.
