First suprise was that the european operations were to be sold, and from their numbers (known to be dodge) we should exit that business up half a million euros...

Now its a pleasant irony that beatrice would be making a significant amount of cash if operating right now. How unfortunate that we don't have the capital to start operations... Well lets just sell it to BBAC LLC at a discount price, with full knowledge that current management are part of the consortium seeking to acquire beatrice.
