I feel sorry for shareholders.
Does the fact that it has been in a trading halt for so long mean that effectively it is delisted. I can see that since it is in a trading halt, it could be that effectively the ASX not longer cares about continuous disclosure . Since there is no active market , there is no opportunity for one party to gain advantage over another in the marketplace.
In a trading halt you dont even have the hope that an infrastructure company would take it over and invest the additional capital for startup. They cant build a stake in something that is in a trading halt.
