I think they mean its not in the best interest of OCV...

    I think they mean its not in the best interest of OCV shareholders / creditors etc for OCV to be managing these funds like the PIF...so Wellington Capital is taking over it.

    I thought these funds were not making any money for MFS / OCV anyway.
