That's some funny argumentation from SMM. How is SMM going to win anything if everything becomes voidable and licenses and permits are withdrawn; even the ones given to Axiom KB?

The way I understand the situation is that SMM had submitted a LOI and had been waiting for a prospecting license. I believe that a prospecting license is only given if the landowners agree to it. If the court decides that Axiom KB has to forfeit their prospecting license, because there were irregularities with the issue, then SMM and AVQ are back to square one, i.e. both have only submitted their LOIs (or have to re-submit new ones). Wouldn't that mean that now the landowners can decide again to whom the prospecting license should be given to?!

In that case I bet on Axiom KB because SMM is currently not making any friends in SI with their tactics.
