I don't think it is out of context at all. I don't think John Barilaro supports PEP11. I think he has already, or soon will, recommend against PEP11. But, that is not surprising, why else do people think the decision has been "with the Joint Authority for final decision" for so long? It's not because of Keith Pitt. He is pro Gas and can't wait to unlock the 4th Basin (JMO). As we all know, NOPTA legislation empowers Keith Pitt to make the binding final decision on the PEP11. I just hope John Barilaro has done as he has promised and signed the damn thing so Keith Pitt can get this project moving. Today would great, tomorrow would also be fine. If not, Friday will have to do
